Dana started the week off right and sent an email to let us know she cancelled all dance classes for the companie kids Monday night. It was such a nice break after a busy competition weekend. The girls had dentist appointments and Lilli had to assist her rec class. Alexa had a clean bill of health and Lilli has 2 cavities. Nothing to worry about hygiene-wise, just the way her teeth are growing. She'll get those filled in April.

Alexa woke up with terrible stomach pain Tuesday morning. I put some Digestzen on it right away and it immediately went away, but we were still a little worried since the pain was so intense. Adam worked from home just incase she needed to come home from school. Luckily, she was completely fine after that and had a wonderful day. And Adam ran a half marathon, just for fun. This is so impressive to me. The distance and the timing is so incredible. I'm so proud of him. To just go do this out of the blue and do it so well is quite the big deal.

Alexa had her Spanish and Math finals on Wednesday and got her duet costume, finally. They turned out to be super cute and fit the dance so well.

Lilli had church Wednesday night and Alexa had the night off to study for finals. She stayed home and relaxed in a bath. Adam and I met with Mike and Jolene for a mid-week drink at Celts.

Alexa had her Small Animals final on Thursday morning and it was the last day of her 2nd tri. Her ramp group made pancakes for a fun little morning celebration. I just love her ramp crew.

Homie also got neutered on Thursday. Poor little buddy. He did such a good job tho and everyone at the clinic just loved him. I'm surprised Adam even got him out of there, they all wanted to keep him.

We met with Mrs. Kipke for Lilli's parent teacher conferences Thursday afternoon and got such wonderful reports about her. Her grades are reflecting on what a great student she is. Her history teacher stopped us in the hallway and complimented her on her hard work. He said the unit they just finished was really hard (branches of government) and she did so well with it. That was so great to hear and gave Lilli that boost of confidence she needs.

Friday was Homie's 1st Birthday. Wearing the cone of shame isn't the best way to spend a birthday, but he was a trooper. The girls had the day off from school due to a staff development day, so they were able to be home with him.

Adam went to Albert Lea after work on Friday to play poker with some of his old HS buddies. The girls and I had a girls night and went thrift shopping and to dinner at Chipotle. We made quite the haul shopping and had such great conversation while eating dinner in the car (our favorite...we prefer this to eating inside). We watched HGTV until we fell asleep when we got home.

The girls had companie pictures Saturday. We were at the studio at 9 and didn't get done until 2:30. It was a really long day. Adam bopped around on his scooter with Bryson. He was in heaven.

Alexa and I babysat the Wheeler's Saturday night. And Adam and Lilli watched a movie and ate White Castle together. Alexa and I didn't get home until almost midnight.

We missed watching the Loons game Saturday night because of babysitting. So, we watched it Sunday morning and they WON. They beat San Jose 5-2. What a fun game.

Sunday felt like spring with temps at 60 degrees. We ran a few errands and Adam took his scooter out with the guys and gave the girls a ride.

We grilled dinner and got ice-cream. We are taking advantage of all the snow melting and any hint of spring mother nature will give us.
