We learned this week that our care package to our friends Amber and Alex, whom we met in Punta Cana, arrived to them in London. This awesome message from Amber made the astronomical shipping cost well worth it.

Homie turned 11 months and grew another 1/2 pound.

Alexa and Mackenzie received their judges notes from innovate. They commented on how well they dance together and in sync they are. They have a few things to work on, mainly their arms and hands. Kris is working with them and we are anxious for the first comp.

Adam forgot his workout clothes one day and wasn't able to run at work. So, he came home and ran outside. It was freezing but he did it. I'm so proud of him.

The girls had companie kick-off this weekend. They woke up Saturday to do hair/make up, which went really well, actually. I only had to FT Andrea once for help on make-up. It was also National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day in recognition of childhood cancer.

The girls ran their dances at the studio and then went to Trinity Care Center to dance for the residents.

We picked them up for a quick Subway lunch and then they had their showcase at BMS. They did so amazing. All their dances look so good which makes us super anxious for comp season.

Our plan was to head up to Moorhead for our sweet niece, Hallie's, 1st birthday party after the showcase, but once again weather held us back. It was the hardest decision and I got so emotional about not going, but then this happened and I instantly felt better about our decision.

Alexa spent the night with the Beissel's and Lilli ended up at the Ohlhue's with her dance group. Adam plowed our driveway and the neighbors.

Alexa had Autumn and Taylor's birthday party Sunday afternoon. They went to The Original Pancake House in Burnsville for brunch and then to the MOA to go shopping.

Adam and I went to Market Grille for lunch and then to Target to pick up groceries. He refused to push the cart through all the snow in the parking lot, so he grabbed all the bags and carried them all the car like this.

We finished the weekend in the best way with popcorn and BMW.
