We started the week off with having the Beissel girls over night. Craig was in the hospital Sunday night with some chest pain that turned out to be a strained muscle, but of course, had to rule everything else out to be sure. We got all 4 girls up and off to school Monday morning without a hitch.

Our sweet niece, Hallie Louise, turned ONE on the 14th. She is the happiest baby and we just love her sweet smile to death. We got to facetime her while she dug into her birthday cake, which was so adorable.
The girls are going through some tough friend drama, but it's hitting Lilli especially hard. I can see her soft face break out from stress and it just kills me. But, she is so strong and so willing to talk things through that it makes me feel good about her coming out of this so much better. She had a wonderful heart to heart with one of her dance coaches this week who she trusts and respects so much. I could instantly tell that a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders when she could talk to someone outside our family/friend circle. I love that Missie could be that person who she feels comfortable enough to talk to.
Adam worked a Timberwolves game this week and both girls had religion.

Adam attended a Minnesota United banquet for season ticket holders at their headquarters in Golden Valley. There was a lot of great information given, but really nothing we didn't already know. He got to meet our new defender Noah Billingsley tho, which was super cool and made the girls and I extremely jealous.
Alexa shared with me about a boy she likes at school. His name is Ethan. Go figure, both my girls have Ethan's as boyfriends. Alexa insists they are "just friends", but I feel like something official will happen soon. She was facetiming him during her break at dance and got to meet his mom, so I asked if I could meet/facetime him and she let me. He seems very sweet. It was very cute and Alexa seems very happy. Adam, of course, is damn right losing his mind.
Our Valentine's Day was as eventful as I'd expect at this stage of our marriage/parenthood. Alexa was off to work at the studio for Parent's Night out and Lilli had her friend Tabitha over. It was a FLEX day from school, so she had Tabitha over as a study buddy and she ended up staying for dinner with us. Adam made enchilada's, beans and rice, a real treat!

This is what the rest of our evening looked like.
Lilli went to Katelyn's for a sleepover.

And Alexa humored us and started an old 1987 movie with us when she got home.

Saturday we had our friends event hosted by the Budde's and McCabe's. They told us it was a Winter Wonderland party and told us to bring all our warm winter gear. They brought us to Buckhill Ski Hill for a drink and had us thinking we may be snowboarding, tubing or skiing, but it was just a ruse and we ended up snowmobiling!

I did not realize how much fun it would be. I am always up for trying something new and a good adventure, but I didn't realize it would be as fun as it was. I'm hooked. The plan was to ride to Castle Rock to eat at Castle Rock and Roll and then come back and be at the McCabe's. They told the kids we'd be back by 7. But, Adam and I enjoyed it so much that we kept on going, stopping at a few places along the way. We ate a late dinner at House of Coates and then got home about 11:30pm.

It was a beautiful day and the perfect temp's for being outside for the day!
Javie got a much needed haircut on Sunday. She can finally see! Alexa got some good driving hours in and we had a fun little lunch together at Pizza Ranch. The afternoon was spent snuggled up watching Boy Meets World. We got up only to eat, switch the laundry and let the dogs out. It was perfect!
