Twin Cities Ballet "A Minnesota Nutcracker"

Alexa was asked to be in the Twin Cities Ballet's " A Minnesota Nutracker" as a Russian dancer. She started practice at Ballet Royale in Lakeville at the end of September. She just practiced an hour every Sunday afternoon, and then added a few Saturday practices as it got closer to the show to work on finale. She was one of 6 Russian dancers and had several tumbling moves in her routine. It was so fun to watch her be able to showcase her gymnastics skills. She got to know the other dancers pretty well, too, and it was fun to see them become friends by the end of performance weekend. She did 7 shows in 4 days.

I am so proud of her and the way she handled herself in this new environment. She handled herself professionally on and off stage and is welcomed back next year.
