Birthdays!! #14 & #11

We began the month with a very special birthday - Alexa is 14!! How this is possible, I'm still not sure, but she is every bit 14 and loving it.

We all agreed to wake up early with her so she could open her presents before school.

She made quite the haul with a hair straightening brush, candy, an organizer for her thread, thread for bracelets, colored pencils and a sketch book.

She had an amazing day at school. Her entire school sang happy birthday to her at an assembly in the gym and her friends surprised her with hot cocoa and donuts on the way to school.

Adam and I brought her her favorite meal at dance for dinner - Chipotle.

And then kissed her goodnight at exactly 10:02pm when she was born.

4 days later, this little one turned 11! Almost as unbelievable as Alexa turning 14. She's my BABY - how can she be 11? So crazy!

Again, ,we agreed to wake up early to let her open presents before school. She got her very first cellphone and is more than excited about it.

Adam and I brought her and her friend Ellie McDonald's for lunch at school.

And on Friday we gifted them each one more present...their new companie jackets for dance.

Saturday we had their party (a joint party with their friend Katelyn). We took them to Culver's for lunch.

And then to the mall for a scavenger hunt!

After the mall we came back to our house for a white elephant exchange, presents and cake and ice-cream.

Emily got GRANNY PANTIES!
